Play, draw, study, grow!

Building on the progressive concept of the Destyle Bed by Wookids and the evolving needs of children as they grow, we designed Playdesk as part of a broader “play-furniture” philosophy.

Seamlessly integrated with the bed’s adjustable configurations, Playdesk transforms alongside it, starting as a playful kitchen and chalkboard setup for toddlers, becoming an art station with a paper roll, and later evolving into a desk with a magnetic board for school-age children.

As the child grows and the bed adapts, Playdesk follows suit, creating a compact, flexible workspace tailored to every developmental stage, from toddlerhood through school years.

Playful Details

Every detail of Playdesk is designed with playful functionality in mind, while remaining true to the clean and refined aesthetic of the Destyle collection.

The desktop doubles as a play kitchen surface - featuring laser-engraved details, a sink, and faucet - and flips to become a practical writing desk, complete with a pen holder. The sink cleverly becomes a storage compartment when not in play mode.

Side panels are compatible with Destyle Boxes, offering additional storage for toys, notebooks, and stationery. Each element is designed to support children's usability and independence, effortlessly shifting from playtime to focused activity.

Evolutive

Just as the Destyle Bed evolves through seven different height settings, Playdesk is designed to grow with it. Each bed configuration has a matching Playdesk setup, allowing for a smooth transition through various developmental stages.

Choose between a low or high board version (recommended for under or over 3 years old) and adjust the desktop height with three preset levels.

Suggested configurations based on age and use are included in the instructions, but users are free to customize based on their own needs and routines.

The result is an adaptive desk that evolves in both function and form, supporting play, creativity, and study at every stage of childhood.
